Do I use this pencil as a lip contour, or to color the entire lip?
You can choose in this.
Or youdraw over the contour with this lip pencilof your lips and then fill them in with lipstick.
Or youfirst draw your lip contour and then fill in your lipswith this pencil. This is an advantage if you don't want your lip contour to be a different shade than your lips themselves.
You can choose to leave your lips matte and not apply lipstick over them.
Or you can apply a lipstick that matches the shade of the lip pencil over it.
