How often should I wash my hair?
On average, twice a week is enough for most hair types. Always wash your hair twice in a row: the first wash cleanses, the second allows the active ingredients to penetrate better. Washing more than twice a week will dry out your hair and scalp. Use a dry shampoo in between if your hair tends to get oily faster.
What is the correct order for hair products?
Start with shampoo, followed by conditioner on the lengths and ends. Do you want to use a hair mask? Apply it after shampooing, before or instead of the conditioner. After showering, use a leave-in or hair oil on towel-dried hair. Styling products come last, before you blow-dry or let your hair air dry.
NAK Hair or ORI Lab, what is the difference?
NAK Hair is a professional Australian brand with a wide range for all hair types, from volume and hydration to repair and color-treated hair. ORI Lab is a natural brand with a focus on hair structure and recovery, without unnecessary additives.
Tips & tricks
- Always wash your hair twice: the first wash cleanses, the second nourishes.
- Apply conditioner only to the lengths and ends, never to the scalp.
- Never rub your hair dry with a towel, but pat it; rubbing causes breakage and frizz.
- Always apply leave-in or hair oil to towel-dried hair, never to bone-dry hair.
- Always use heat protection before blow-drying or styling; the NAK Thermal Shield is perfect for this.
