How to start
- Go to the product you use regularly.
- Choose the subscription option and the frequency that suits you.
- Check out as usual.
Have you ordered something a few times already? Then My beauty.hub will suggest the frequency that suits you best.
Always flexible
- A week and 2 days before every new delivery, you will receive a reminder email. This is the perfect time to add something one-off, which will be included in the same package.
- Postponing, skipping a delivery, adding products, or stopping can be done by yourself, whenever you want, via Manage my subscriptions in My beauty.hub or via the link in the email.
- You pay per delivery. Your payment details are stored securely.
- If a delivery has already been created, you can no longer cancel it. You can, however, postpone or stop the next one.
- After delivery, the regular return policy applies.
