Hoe bouw ik een goede lichaamsverzorgingsroutine op?

Begin simpel: een goede doucheproduct, een lichaamsscrub 1 tot 2 keer per week en een bodylotion na het douchen. Dat is je basis. Voeg daarna toe wat je huid extra nodig heeft, zoals zonbescherming of een zelfbruiner.

Wanneer breng ik bodylotion aan?

Direct na het douchen, op een nog licht vochtige huid. Zo sluit je de hydratatie in en voelt je huid de hele dag zacht aan. Wacht niet te lang want als je huid al volledig droog is, trekt de lotion minder goed in.

Heeft mijn lichaamshuid ook SPF nodig?

Ja, op alle zones die blootgesteld zijn aan de zon. Niet alleen je gezicht maar ook je decolleté, handen, armen en benen. Die zones verouderen net zo snel als je gezicht maar we vergeten ze vaak. Bekijk onze zonbescherming voor het lichaam.
