- Orders are processed and shipped every business day.
- You will receive an email when your order is packed here and prepared for collection.
- Parcels are collected every afternoon, collection times vary from day to day.
- The time between packing and delivery varies per carrier and is beyond our control. DHL normally delivers the next business day, but Mondial Relay may take a few days longer.
- On each product page you can see the average processing time, so you know approximately when it will leave us.
- Depending on the country of delivery, delivery times may vary slightly.
- If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll keep you informed of the planned delivery date .
- Orders are shipped in one go to avoid extra costs and to be environmentally friendly.

Important information about Mondial Relay:
- If the selected collection point is not available:
Within 2 km: alternative Mondial point
More than 2 km: DHL home delivery
- No collection point selected:
Within 3 km: nearest Mondial point
More than 3 km: DHL home delivery
- Return period: 14 days after receipt of the product.
- Conditions: Products must be unused , sealed , with labels intact .
- Not accepted: damaged products, opened hygiene or cosmetic products, or packaging that is no longer saleable.
The right of withdrawal pursuant to Article VI.47 et seq. of the Code of Economic Law does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery .
Even if the customer indicates that the product is unopened and unused, we can refuse the product.
- Costs: Return costs are for the customer, unless there is an error on our part.
- Refund: Only the product amount will be refunded; original shipping costs are not refunded.
Exchange
Exchange is considered a return. In case of an exchange:
- You will receive a refund for the amount of the returned product via the original payment method once we have received and inspected the product.
- You can then order the desired product .
Steps for return or exchange:
- Send an email to ellen@ellenvandamme.be within 14 days with your name, order number , the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
- After a positive response from Ellen, please return the item in its original, unused and sealed condition , with all labels intact, traceable to:

- After receipt and inspection of the product, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Returns will be rejected if they do not meet the conditions and will not be refunded.
Unclaimed or refused packages:
If an order is not collected or is refused , it will not be considered a valid return .
The actual additional shipping costs (€8.50) incurred as a result may be charged to the customer. In this case, the purchase price will not be refunded .
This is in accordance with Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, which regulates the right of withdrawal for consumer contracts.
