Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know
How do I use purple shampoo?
Leave it on for 1 to 5 minutes: the longer, the stronger the toning. Don’t use it every wash, or your hair can turn purple or dull. Alternate with a nourishing shampoo.
Why does blonde hair turn yellow?
Sun, chlorine and limescale in your water bring out yellow and brassy tones. A purple shampoo neutralises them.
How do I keep bleached hair healthy?
Use a nourishing hair mask weekly, always apply a leave-in after washing and use heat protection before blow-drying or straightening.
