Soap nails: the natural nail trend

Soap nails are a natural nail trend: short, well-kept nails with a sheer layer of soft pink or nude and lots of shine. They look like you just washed your hands: clean, fresh and glossy.

Which colour do you use for soap nails?

A soft, sheer pink or nude. I recommend Baby Pink in one thin layer, so your nail keeps a natural look. Want a little more coverage? Add a second thin layer.

How do you do soap nails at home?

File your nails short and softly rounded, push back your cuticles and degrease. Apply one layer of Baby Pink and the top coat, each under the LED lamp, and finish with the glossy finish for shine.

How do you keep soap nails glossy?

Every day a few drops of nail oil on your cuticles and some hand cream. That keeps your nails and the skin around them cared for.

How long do soap nails last?

On average 10 to 14 days, and for some even longer.

Are soap nails easy to remove?

Yes. You peel off your Striplac with the peel off remover, without acetone and without filing.

Can you do soap nails with regular nail polish?

Yes. Choose a sheer nude or pink polish, like Heavens Nude, in one thin layer, and finish with the Gelactic top coat for shine.

1

Prepare your nails

File into shape, push back the cuticles and buff to a matte finish.

2

Degrease your nails

This is what makes your Striplac last the longest.

3

The LED lamp

60 seconds per layer.

4

Baby Pink, 1 layer

One thin layer of Baby Pink gives that soft, natural look. Prefer another natural shade? Pick it here.

5

The top coat

Seals your colour and adds shine.

6

The shine

The glossy finish removes the sticky layer and gives that glossy look.

7

Care

Every day a few drops of nail oil on your cuticles and some hand cream. That keeps your nails looking glossy.

8

Remove

Want a change? Choose how to remove your Striplac: peel it off with the peel off remover, or soak it off with the soak off liquid and the nail wraps. Tick what you prefer.
