How to choose
To cure Striplac and gel polish you need a lamp. An LED lamp cures faster than a UV lamp, 60 seconds per layer with Striplac, and lasts for years with normal home use. Here you’ll find lamps from Alessandro and NeoNail, on their own or in a starter kit.
How to choose:
- Using Striplac? Choose an Alessandro lamp, such as the LED 5-Finger Lamp, the LED lamp white or the Pearl led lamp 48 watt.
- Using NeoNail? Choose a NeoNail lamp of 21, 22 or 36 watt.
- Just starting? A starter kit with lamp, colour and top coat is better value.
Keep your nail straight under the lamp and apply thin layers, because thick layers are harder to cure fully. More tips on the Striplac and gel polish tips and FAQ page.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know
Your lamp isn’t curing properly, what should you do?
Keep your nail straight under the lamp so every part gets light, and apply thin layers. Also check that your lamp is suitable for Striplac.
Can you use a NeoNail lamp for Striplac?
Check whether the lamp is compatible with Striplac. If in doubt, choose an Alessandro lamp, which is made for Striplac.
Is a UV lamp good too?
Both work, but a UV lamp needs 2 to 3 minutes per layer and regularly needs new bulbs. That’s why an LED lamp is more practical at home.
