Terms and Conditions – LLN.beauty

Applicable for both B2C (consumers) and B2B (companies)


Art. 1 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all purchase and sales agreements concluded through the website LLNbeauty.com .
  2. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if accepted in writing and expressly by Ellen Vandamme.
  3. For consumers, the provisions of the Code of Economic Law (CEL), Book VI – Consumer Distance Purchases apply.

Art. 2 – Formation of the agreement

  1. An agreement is concluded when the customer confirms the order by checking the 'Agree' box or by sending a confirmation email.
  2. The customer will receive an order confirmation by email , which serves as proof of the agreement.
  3. Without this declaration of consent, an order cannot technically be placed.

Art. 3 – Product information and liability

  1. We strive for accurate product information on the website.
  2. Products are standard and not personalized; the customer is responsible for correct use.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product .
  4. We are not liable for indirect damage or misuse of products.

Art. 4 – Right of withdrawal (B2C)

  1. Consumers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt , provided the product is unused, sealed and in perfect condition with labels intact.
  2. Exclusion: Hygiene, cosmetics and personal care products that have been opened, unsealed or used cannot be returned .
  3. For B2B (companies) there is no right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Art. 5 – Orders and payment

  1. Payment is possible via:
    • Bancontact
    • Credit cards: VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, AMEX
    • PayPal
    • Klarna (direct or Pay Later)
    • KBC payment link
  2. Payment by invoice is not allowed .
  3. Orders will only be shipped after receipt of payment or confirmation of payment .

Art. 6 – Delivery

  1. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment , unless the product is temporarily out of stock; in that case, the customer will be informed of the delivery date.
  2. Delivery time may vary depending on the country of delivery and is stated on the product page.
  3. Any delays do not entitle you to compensation , unless required by law.
  4. Delivery is made via third party carriers as stated in the shipping policy.

Art. 7 – Returns and exchanges

  1. Returns follow the LLN.beauty Returns Policy :
    • Products must be unused, sealed and in perfect condition , with labels intact.
    • Sale products follow the same terms and conditions.
    • Return costs to us are for the customer, unless we have made a mistake.
  2. Exchange: The amount of the returned product will be refunded via the original payment method.
    • The customer can then order a new product .
  3. Unclaimed or refused packages : will not be considered a valid return; additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer; purchase price will not be refunded .

Art. 8 – Disputes and choice of law

  1. Belgian law applies to agreements.
  2. B2B: the Court of the district of Oudenaarde has jurisdiction.
  3. B2C: Consumers can submit their claim to the competent court of their place of residence , in accordance with Belgian consumer law.

Art. 9 – Binding of the terms and conditions

  1. By placing an order and checking the 'I agree' box , the customer expressly agrees to these general terms and conditions.
  2. Without this declaration of consent, an order cannot technically be placed.
