Subscriptions

Our subscriptions are a service that doesn't require you to reorder every time. Your selected products are automatically delivered at fixed times , according to the frequency you select.

• 24 hours before a new order is created, you will receive an informative email as a reminder.
• You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time , as long as this is done before the next order is created.
• This can be easily done via the link in your confirmation or subscription emails.

Important:

• If the new order has already been created, it can no longer be cancelled .
• In that case, you can cancel or postpone the next automatic order .
• After delivery of a subscription order, the terms of the return policy apply.

Payment for subscriptions

• Your payment information is stored securely.
• You will be automatically charged per delivery.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed. If you don't want this, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
