Apply to damp hair after washing.
Let it work for 1 to 2 minutes.
Detangle gently and rinse.

If you want more nutrition for your hair:
Apply it liberally to the lengths and ends and wrap it in a warm towel. Leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes.

Can also be used as a leave-in treatment for coarse or curly hair.
