Apply a small amount to your palm.
A peel or scrub is gentler if you moisten your skin first. It's easiest to do this in the shower: moisten your skin and then rub it over your feet and body in gentle circular motions. Pay extra attention to your elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, and toes, as dead skin cells tend to accumulate there.

Add water to give the scrub the desired texture.

Rinse thoroughly afterward. Pat the skin dry gently with a towel.
