How to choose
Dark spots, an uneven skin tone or dull, tired-looking skin? Here you'll find care that makes your complexion more even and radiant, from cleansing to serum and night care.
How to choose:
- Vitamin C for radiance: PCA skin C&E advanced or the Routinely golden vitamin C serum.
- Niacinamide (vitamin B3) for a more even tone: the PCA skin vitamin B3 brightening serum.
- Targeted dark spots: PCA skin pigment gel HQ-free or pigment gel pro, or the MELINE day and night cream.
- Faster renewal: a retinol such as the PCA skin intensive retinol brightening treatment, in the evening.
Without daily SPF you lose the result you build overnight, so always combine with a day cream with SPF. Not sure which approach suits your spots? Take the free skin analysis.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know
What causes pigmentation?
Your skin produces too much melanin in certain areas, usually because of the sun, hormonal changes or inflammation after spots. SPF is the foundation in every case.
How long does it take for dark spots to fade?
Expect at least 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use. Older or deeper spots sometimes take longer, together with daily SPF without exception.
What helps a dull complexion?
Regular exfoliation and vitamin C. A gentle exfoliant like PCA skin daily exfoliant removes dead skin cells, vitamin C brings back radiance.
Can I do anything about dark circles?
Yes, products with caffeine, vitamin C or peptides help brighten the eye area. A good night's sleep and drinking enough water support the result.
