Pigment is produced again every day, also by light. The gentle foam cleanses and prepares your skin, so the active ingredients work better. The night and day cream slow down that production, Moist keeps your skin hydrated and supple during the treatment, the BB cream protects during the day, and spots gives stubborn spots extra attention. Skip a step and you partly undo during the day what got lighter at night.

Medium suits most skin tones, for my skin tone Medium suits best. Light is for very fair skin.

The night cream contains retinal, a strong active ingredient. So build up slowly: start with 1 evening a week. If your skin stays calm, go to 2 evenings a week, and so on until your skin tolerates it every evening. On the other evenings, use Restore. A slight stinging, some redness or flaking is normal at first. If it burns or does not go away, stop and send me a message.
