All about the night cream duo

Why 2 night creams?

Pigment takes patience: count on at least 90 days. With 2 night creams your treatment does not stop because your cream ran out, and you pay less than single.

Do I also need a day cream?

For the best result, yes. At night you lighten spots, during the day you need to protect them, otherwise they darken again. Also see the day and night treatment.

How often do I use the night cream at first?

The night cream contains retinal, a strong active ingredient. So build up slowly: start with 1 evening a week. If your skin stays calm, go to 2 evenings a week, and so on until your skin tolerates it every evening. On the other evenings, use Restore. A slight stinging, some redness or flaking is normal at first. If it burns or does not go away, stop and send me a message.

Can I use this if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. The night cream contains retinal, a form of vitamin A, which you avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. During that time, protect your skin every day with a high SPF.

Is this suitable for my skin type?

The Caucasian skin day and night creams are made for skin types I to IV, fair to lightly tanned skin. Do you have a darker skin type? Then choose the Ethnic skin night.
