How do you test the right foundation color?
To see if the foundation color matches your skin tone, it is best to apply iton your cheek, just above your jawlineIf your foundation color blends well with your skin tone, you've got a good match. If you apply the foundation to half of your face, or to your cheek, you'll see that area has a more even tone, but you shouldn't see a huge color contrast.
I never recommend testing foundation on your hand or wrist, as this shade is almost never identical to your face. Hands are often darker, especially in summer, and wrists are often lighter.
