Core ingredients
+ azelaic acid- reduces hyperpigmentation by destroying melanogenesis which suppresses tyrosinase production and destroys poorly functioning melanocytes without damaging surrounding cells.
Azelaic acid is particularly active in purifying inflammation through its antibacterial action and the added value of combating post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) (caused by sun damage).
+ kojic acid- an active bactericidal agent and melanogenesis destroyer. It is able to keep copper away from tyrosinase and reduces the number of melanosomes and dendrites. It is highly effective in reducing hyperpigmentation.
+ niacinamide- a form of vitamin B (B3), effective against acne without causing the skin to react, which normally happens with niacin, is a good antioxidant.
