Frequently asked questions

All about the High Speed file 100/100

What is the High Speed file 100/100 for?

This is a coarse file for quickly shortening hard nails and artificial nails and for refining their shape. It is also handy for toenails, as they are usually thicker. You can carefully file away calluses along the edge of your toenail with it.

How do I use a coarse nail file?
  1. File on dry nails.
  2. Work with light strokes in one direction, not back and forth.
  3. Shorten and shape your nail with the coarse grit.
  4. Smooth the edge with a finer file, such as the pink pro file 100/180 or the soft pro file 240/240.
Which file do I choose for my fingernails?

For regular fingernails I recommend a finer file. The pink pro file 100/180 has a coarse and a fine side, so you have everything in one file. If your nails are thin or brittle, choose the soft pro file 240/240. It is best to keep the 100/100 for toenails, strong nails and artificial nails.

How do I keep my nail file clean?

Brush off the filing dust after every use. Disinfect it regularly, for example with the GermSquad disinfectant spray, especially if you use it for your feet. My tip: use a separate file for your hands and for your feet.

What is the difference with the banana file 100/100?

Both files have the same coarse 100/100 grit. The banana file 100/100 has a curved shape. Choose the file that feels best in your hand.
