Use it every day as your body lotion until you have the shade you like. After that, apply it 2 to 3 times a week to keep your colour. Less often gives a lighter shade, more often a deeper one.
With daily use you see a built-up glow after two to three days. Once you stop, it fades gradually over a few days. That makes this a nice self tanner to start with.
No. A tan is not sun protection, your skin is just as vulnerable. Going outside? Apply a separate sunscreen.
Yes. Well hydrated skin flakes less, so your colour stays even for longer. Don't shower too hot and pat yourself dry instead of rubbing.
