Yes, you apply it as the last layer over your cured Striplac colour. The pink sheen shows best on soft shades such as a nude or light pink.
No. The Top coat rosé is the finishing layer itself. You use it instead of the regular Striplac top coat, not on top of it.
Both are possible, that is where the name peel or soak comes from. Peeling off is quickest with the peel off remover. To soak off, use soak off liquid: leave to soak for 10 to 15 minutes under foil and then gently push the polish away with a cuticle stick.
