Apply at the same time every day, preferably in the evening before going to bed. Keep the container and a pair of cotton socks in your dressing room or shoe cabinet so everything is ready. Continue the treatment for at least 2 to 3 weeks, even if the pain subsides sooner.

If there is callus around the crack, soften it first with the Callus Softener and file it away. Once the cracks have healed, keep your heels soft with the DD Cream Mousse: a little bit every day, especially on your heels.

This is the LLN crack routine regimen: first remove the callus, then repair the cracks, and then maintain them every day. This will make them less likely to return.
