How to choose
From Bio-Sana, LLN.beauty stocks the wooden foot file: a callus rasp to file hard skin off your feet yourself during your pedicure at home.
How to use it:
- File on a dry foot, so you can see how much you remove.
- File calmly in 1 direction and stop before your skin feels warm or sensitive.
- Then apply a foot mousse, so calluses come back more slowly.
Want to soften the calluses first? Choose the Footlogix Callus softener. Not sure which mousse suits your feet? Take the free foot analysis.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know
How often should I file calluses?
Every 2 to 4 weeks. A thin layer protects your foot. The goal is soft heels, not bare skin.
Should I file on a wet or dry foot?
On a dry foot. On a wet foot you can’t see how much you remove and you quickly file off too much.
How do I keep my foot file clean?
Brush it off after use and let it dry well. Don’t leave a wooden file soaking in water.
