There are 2 different cleansing bars.
✔️ suitable for both face and body
✔️ economical to use
Blemish control bar from PCA skin
The blemish control bar is an antibacterial cleanser for oilier or breakout-prone skin.
You can also use this on your body, for example, if you often suffer from acne or impurities on your back, décolleté, or arms, but also if you frequently have issues with ingrown hairs, you can use it the day before or after shaving. It also helps prevent ingrown hairs.
It works in an antibacterial way and reduces the abnormal accumulation of dead skin cells in the hair follicle, as this clogs the pores and causes them to become inflamed. But thanks to tocopherol (better known as vitamin E), it also ensures that the moisture/oil balance in the skin remains in equilibrium, meaning it definitely does not dry out the skin. It helps reduce inflammation and impurities and helps prevent new breakouts.
The pigment bar is a cleanser that also targets hyperpigmentation. These are dark spots on your skin, often on the face. It also helps reduce inflammation, because pimples and impurities are often at the root of pigment spots.
It helps slow down the process where too much melanin is produced, for a more even-looking skin tone.
It can also be used on elbows, under the armpits, or on knees if they have a darker appearance.
How do you use the cleansing bar?
Your cleansing bar comes with 2 sponges; if you want to order more, you can do so via this link.
- Moisten the sponge
- Rub the sponge against your bar until it lathers slightly
- Use your sponge over your face or the areas of your body. (not on your eyes)
- If you were wearing makeup, you can repeat this.
- Rinse thoroughly with the sponge, or jump in the shower
- Afterward, complete your skin routine
Extra tip: Always place the sponge on top of your bar to let it dry, never in the container! When you are accustomed to using the bar, you can let it sit as a mask for a more intensive effect. However, I recommend rinsing it off immediately for the first few weeks.
How do you clean the sponges?
Wash your sponges regularly; they can go in the washing machine at a high temperature so they remain clean and hygienic.
