All about filing calluses at home

Why together with the callus softener?
The callus softener makes your callus soft, so you file it away more easily and gently. That way you remove callus safely, without small wounds.
How often do I file my calluses?
Every 2 to 4 weeks, a bit more often in one season than another. A thin layer of callus protects your foot: the goal is soft heels, not bare skin.
Doesn't the file damage my skin?
The file is made of stainless steel and the grooves run in different directions, so they don't damage your skin. File calmly and not too long in the same spot.
Which side do I use when?
The coarse side for the callus itself, the finer side to finish until your skin feels smooth.
How do I keep the file clean?
Rinse it with lukewarm water after each use and let it dry well.
