The Top Coat Matt gives your Striplac colour a matte finish instead of shine. You use it as the last layer, just like the regular top coat.
Both seal your colour as the last layer. The regular Striplac top coat gives shine, the Top Coat Matt a matte effect. So you choose one of the two, not both.
It works on every Striplac colour. On dark shades such as Midnight Black or Gloomy Night the matte effect stands out the most.
You choose: peel off or soak off. To peel, apply the peel off remover to the edge of your polish, let it work for a few seconds and carefully peel the polish off. Prefer to soak off? Then use soak off liquid: a cotton pad on your nail, foil around it and leave to soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
