1 to 2 hours for a soft glow, 2 to 3 hours for a medium colour and up to 4 hours for a deeper colour. Then rinse off.
Exfoliate beforehand, lightly moisturise dry areas and apply with a tanning mitt in circular motions. The tint helps you see where you have already been.
Moisturise every day and gently exfoliate every 4 days, so the colour fades evenly.
