How to choose
A foot file, also called a foot rasp or callus file, is a must-have for reducing calluses yourself at home. Regular filing keeps your heels soft and stops calluses from getting too thick.
How to choose:
- Footlogix Callus Softener with callus file: a set where the spray softens the callus first, so filing is much easier.
- Footlogix foot file with rubberised handle: double-sided, also sold separately.
- Bio-Sana wooden foot file: the well-known wooden callus rasp.
Both files rinse clean easily with lukewarm water after use. Always finish with a foot mousse. More info under callus removal, or discover your personal foot routine with the free foot analysis.
LLN.beauty is an official stockist of Footlogix.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know
Do you file calluses on dry or wet feet?
With the Callus Softener you spray the callus first and let it work, then you file. Without the spray, file after a foot soak when your skin is soft.
How often should you file calluses?
Once a week or every 2 weeks is enough. Don’t file it all away at once, a thin layer protects your foot.
How do you keep your foot file hygienic?
Rinse it with lukewarm water after every use, let it dry well and use your own file, don’t share it.
