Frequently asked questions

All about Striplac The Elephant Way

What colour is The Elephant Way?

The Elephant Way is a classic, timeless colour from the Striplac range. Preferably look at the photo in daylight, because a screen always shows colours a little differently.

Which occasions does The Elephant Way suit?

You can wear a classic colour like this every day, at work and at a party. It is a safe choice if you are looking for a colour you will not tire of quickly.

How many layers do I apply?

One or two layers, each for 60 seconds under the lamp. Keep them thin, then the polish cures nicely and your manicure stays flawless for longer.

What do I need to get started with Striplac?

Besides your colour, you need three things: the Striplac top coat, a Striplac LED lamp and something to degrease your nails, such as the cleansing wipes. Striplac does not need a base coat. Your colour goes straight onto your prepared nail.

My The Elephant Way will not come off. What do I do?

Do not force anything. Apply a little more peel off remover along the edge and give it a few extra seconds. If peeling does not work, soak the polish off with soak off liquid, 10 to 15 minutes under foil.

Why does my Striplac sometimes come off sooner?

Usually it comes down to the preparation. A nail that is not properly degreased, or a layer that is too thick, adheres less well. Degrease with nail cleanser or a cleansing wipe, work in thin layers and seal your edge. If you naturally have oilier nails, try the prime coat.
