How to choose
Striplac by Alessandro is a gel polish you apply yourself at home and can either peel off or soak off. Other gel polishes can only be soaked off, peeling them damages your own nail. There are over 120 colours and a limited edition 3 to 4 times a year. You’ll also find NeoNail gel polish here. LLN.beauty is an official stockist.
Step by step:
- Prep: cut and file your nails and push back your cuticles. Alessandro recommends polishing, but Striplac often lasts longer if you buff your nails matte. Brush away the dust with a manicure brush and degrease with nail cleanser.
- Colour: apply a thin layer and cure for 60 seconds under an LED lamp. Repeat if needed. No base coat needed.
- Top coat: glossy, matte or glitter, also 60 seconds under the lamp.
- Finish: remove the sticky layer with nail cleanser, or with glossy finish for extra shine.
