Striplac Maledivia is a bright blue gel polish.

How to use: lightly buff your nails and degrease them with a cleanser. Apply 2 thin coats of colour and cure each coat for 60 seconds under an LED lamp. Finish with the top coat. After 10 to 14 days, gently peel off your Striplac or soak it off.

No. You make your nails grease-free and apply your colour straight away. You do need an LED lamp and the Striplac top coat.
