It suits light to medium skin, including very light skin. The pigments blend as you spread it and melt into your own tone. If your skin is naturally darker, it will be too light.
This one gives light coverage with a soft, matte finish. It evens out redness and a dull complexion, but covers less than a foundation. For a spot or dark circle, add a little concealer where needed.
It protects against UVA and UVB and is a nice extra for every day. With a tinted cream you apply a thin layer, so you won't reach the full SPF30. If you spend a long time outside in the sun, for example in summer or skiing, apply a sunscreen first, like the this is sun face cream SPF50, and then the BB cream.
