Can I combine the serum with the Crème Hydra Sensitive?

Yes, that is the recommended combination. Serum first, cream on top.

Is it suitable if my skin reacts to everything?

The serum is specially developed for sensitive skin. If in doubt, test it on a small area first.

Can I rinse my face with tap water?

Tap water can contain limescale and chlorine that irritate sensitive skin. Preferably use a cleanser you remove without tap water.
