Is SPF 15 enough in summer?

For daily use it is a good base. If you spend a long time in the sun, also use a sunscreen with a higher SPF.

Can I apply make-up over it?

Yes. Let the cream absorb for a moment, then apply your make-up.

What is the difference with the Crème Hydra Sensitive?

The Crème Pur Confort contains UV filters (SPF 15) and is meant as a day cream. The Crème Hydra Sensitive has no SPF and is used morning and evening.
