This routine is designed for simplicity and maximum results. Use it both morning and night for visibly soothed, radiant skin.

In the morning: Your protection for the day
Cleansing: Start with 1 pump of the Nourishing and Moisturizing Face Cleanser Fig on damp skin. Massage gently to remove impurities.
Rinse with lukewarm water and gently pat your skin dry.

Soothe: Spray the Toning & Soothing essence into your hands and pat it onto your face and neck (do not spray directly onto your skin). This will soothe and prepare your skin.

Nourish & Restore: Apply a small amount of the Regenerating Anti-Pollution Face Cream Raspberry to your face and neck.

Finish your morning routine with an SPF to protect your skin from the sun.

Evening: Recover during the night
The routine is the same, but the goal is different: to help your skin recover while you sleep.

Cleansing: First, remove your eye makeup with a suitable makeup remover. Then cleanse your face with the Nourishing and Moisturizing Face Cleanser fig to cleanse your skin without drying it out.

Soothe: Apply the Toning & Soothing Essence to calm and hydrate your skin. (Spray onto your hand and pat onto your face and neck – do not spray directly onto your face.)

Restore: Finish with the Regenerating Anti-Pollution Raspberry Face Cream. The active ingredients work optimally at night to strengthen your skin barrier.

An extra tip from Ellen: Consistency is key. Give your skin at least two weeks to adjust to this new routine and see results. Always be gentle on your skin; don't rub, but pat and massage gently.
