Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser.
Apply the scrub to a cleansed face.

For sensitive skin:
Leave on for 5-10 minutes for dry, sensitive, or flaky skin. Rinse without massaging. Rinse after 3 to 5 minutes when using for the first time. Use once or twice a month.

For normal, combination or oily skin:
Massage gently using circular motions, leave the scrub on for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water.
