What it does
The Skyliner is the eyeliner pencil from Mii Cosmetics. Use it to draw a line along your lashes and make your eyes stand out, from a thin, subtle line to a soft smoky look. There are 4 shades: 00 eclipse (extreme black), 01 midnight (black), 02 twilight (dark brown) and 03 evening blue (dark blue).
How to use it
Do not pull your eyelid too hard and draw in small sections as close to your lashes as possible, from the outer corner inwards. For a soft look, smudge the line with your fingertip or a smudge brush.
Which shade should you choose?
Black gives the most definition. Dark brown is softer and lovely with fair skin or blonde hair. Dark blue is a nice variation that makes the whites of your eyes look brighter. Sharpen your pencil regularly so your line stays precise.
