What is mineral make-up?
Mineral make-up is 100% natural make-up based on minerals. Mii Cosmetics does not use fillers like talc in their mineral products, which some producers might do to keep their production costs lower. However, talc can clog pores, which may contribute to extra impurities. For sensitive skin, it is also recommended to use the purest make-up possible.

How do you use mineral powder foundation?
In this video, I show you how to use this 100% natural and vegan mineral foundation from Mii Cosmetics, the Irresistible Face Base by Mii Cosmetics, so that it looks very natural, and how you know which shade perfectly matches your skin.
You twist it open, put some powder in the lid, take the precise mineral kabuki brush and swirl it in the powder. Then you tap the back of your brush on your hand so that there is no loose powder on top of the brush, but rather more inside (between the bristles). This will ensure that there is no powdery effect when you apply it. Then, you make circular motions over your face. It is better to use too little powder and add more, than too much at once. You can keep going over it until you have the perfect coverage.
What is the best way to test your foundation shade?
If you are not sure about your shade, it is best to test a streak on the bottom of your cheek. Always test on your face because your hand, wrist, or anywhere else almost never has the exact same tone as your face. If your shade melts into the color of your skin, that is the right shade. You should never go darker with foundation; this creates an unnatural effect. If you want a darker shade, it is better to finish with a bronzing powder.
