Een zachte, verzorgde huid van top tot teen begint met een eenvoudige routine die je volhoudt. Hier vind je alles voor je lichaam: douchegel, scrub, bodylotion, zonbescherming en zelfbruiner.

Zo bouw je je routine op:

  • Wassen: een milde douchegel, zoals de this is us. this is fresh body wash.
  • 1 à 2 keer per week scrubben: een lichaamsscrub verwijdert dode huidcellen.
  • Elke dag smeren: een bodylotion of bodycrème. Hoe droger je huid, hoe rijker de textuur, zoals de Self deep nourishing body butter.
  • Beschermen: zonbescherming op alles wat in de zon komt.

Wanneer breng ik bodylotion aan?
Meteen na het douchen, op een nog licht vochtige huid. Zo sluit je het vocht in en blijft je huid de hele dag zacht.
Heeft mijn lichaam ook SPF nodig?
Ja, op alle zones die in de zon komen: decolleté, handen, armen en benen. Die zones verouderen even snel als je gezicht, maar je vergeet ze vaak.
Wat is het verschil tussen bodylotion, bodycrème en body butter?
Een lotion is het lichtst en trekt snel in, een crème is rijker en een body butter is het rijkst. Hoe droger je huid, hoe rijker de textuur mag zijn.
